    Hi,

    Is there a way to insert a link to Thank you page, based on a particular input filed in the form.

    For example, I have a textbox in form, which allow user to enter an URL.

    Then at the Thank you page, the URL will be shown and user can click on it and be directed to the link.

    Thank you!

    When editing the Thank You page, you will see the HYPERLINK button on the toolbar. Just press this to insert the URL you like.

    In the HYPERLINK window, you will see three textboxes:

    URL: At the beginning you will be required to enter HTTP:// if this is not included you will get errors. Next you can enter the field that contains the URL. Just enter the name of the field in BRACKETS

    TEXT TO DISPLAY: This will be the text that will be displayed in your thank you page.

    Please let us know if this helps.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.  Unfortunately, I had tried this before but it does not work.

    I tried the same method as per your suggestion, but everytime after I click OK and the URL link itself will be appended with suffix https://www.jotform.com/ and it internally becomes https://www.jotform.com/{url}

    Is there a way to disable https://www.jotform.com/ being added?

    Thank you!

    This is because the URL is being added like this: jotform.com.

    This is why the entered URL is being set like this https://www.jotform.com/{URL}

    You will need to enter the URL like this: https://www.jotform.com/

    When adding the complete URL and this will not be replaced with the JotForm's URL.

    However, I will escalate this to our second level, so our developers will take a look here and you will be notified about any news via this thread.

    Glad to see that the link is working now after making the changes. I see that our colleague has already forwarded the issue to our backend team. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thank you!
