Can we store files in Jotform Server

    Is Jotform a suitable place to store digital downloadable products or is it better just to use Jotform to collect payment and have the thank you page offer links to PDFs and audios stored elsewhere?

    Thank you for contacting us. JotForm is not really meant to store files. Depending on the plan, the storage limit could be reach very quickly. When this occurs, your account will be suspended and you will no longer be able to receive submissions.

    A free plans only has 100MB of storage space. It would be better to this files uploaded in a dedicated storage server.
