Our Forms Have Been Disabled, Please Reactivate Them

    I submitted a similar request over 50 minutes ago. And searching foran

    answer I can upon a similar post, where the problem was your phishing detector

    system shut their forms down. Therefore if this consistent with our problem

    could you please reactive our forms; as again we have received notice from

    clients that are trying to sign up for our service.
