My form has been disabled and conditional formatting has disappearedAsked by antonvalle on March 28, 2016 at 02:11 AM
URGENT.I had one form that I used with lots of conditional formatting. I made a backup clone of it earlier since I had some trouble with updating it previously.I tried to work with my backup clone instead, but this form can't be published, since it just says "Form is disabled" when I'm trying to preview it. And now the actual form I use is also disabled.
Now the same kind of problems occurred with the form I actually used. Almost all of the conditional formatting is missing in the editing section. The form still works, but I'm unable to edit it's conditional formatting.
Form is used directly to sales and it's extremely urgent to get back online.
It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector because some of your forms were made on Finnish language.
Why is this? We have a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Finnish, Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages might be automatically suspended.
To avoid future suspensions we recommend you to build the form in English and then translate the form into Finnish, French or any other language that might be suspended automatically. Here's a guide that can help you set it up:
I have now lifted the suspension of your account so you can setup your form to use different languages. If you need further assistance, do let us know.
To better assist you with your other concern, I have moved it to another thread. You can check that thread by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/803898
