How to downgrade my pricing plan ?

Hello, when downgrading my pricing plan from the $19 to the free plan, the only option is to Cancel my account.

How can I only downgrade without cancelling my account as I don't want to lose all my current data and want to keep using Jotform.

To downgrade your plan to a free plan you may do this from the BILLING PAGE.

You just hover and click on the starter (free) plan. You will be asked to cancel, this does not mean your account will be cancelled. It is really asking you if you wish to cancel your current plan.

Please note that this will not take effect immediately. It will remain on your current plan until your subscription date ends.
