Hi there Jotform support,
I have an active form with dropboxintegration which for the most part has been working fabulously. However I have just noticed that 13 out of 83 submissions have not auto-generated a folder in Dropbox. Eeeek!
I have checked in the web application of Dropbox to make sure that they weren't inadvertently deleted, which they haven't.
Any guesses as to why this might of happened and how it might be fixed?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had a small issues this past weekend with the DropBox integration. It seems that DropBox actualized its API and was the reason the integration broke.
The issue is already resolved and you should not have any problems with it. It you have any other question, please let us know. We will be glad to answer any doubts you may have.
