Can I have a secondary action to a submit button?

I want to put a contact form on my website that has the following action.

On submit the thank you response also has a button to take the person to a bookings website.

Can I do this in Jotform?

I am not sure if I have understood your question to correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to add another button in the thank you message of your form which will send users to another form or webpage?

Please be noted that it is possible to add a button in thank you message but it will not trigger any even to redirect users to another webpage. One way to achieve this requirement is to add a clickable link in the thank you message. Please check the screenshot below how to add clickable link in thank you message:
