How do I email the form out?

Please, do you mean sending the form itself by email the form out? If that's the case, I don't think it is possible to email a form. But you can get the form Source code or IFrame code and send them.

If you need to share the form with other people you can either share the direct URL or add them as sub-Users to your account and choose which form to share.
