It appears that your account has exceeded the limit of upload space available. This is the reason why you cannot open the file attachments from your form. Free accounts have an upload space of 100MB, and your current uploads is at 113.05MB. To resolve the issue, I would suggest you delete some of the submissions in your form that have files attached to them. If you do not want to delete the submissions, then you will need to upgrade your account so you can have more upload space available.
