Hi Support Team,
Can you please help me with an issue that i have. I can't see submissions. everything is blank for me (i can only see the date of submission). And I am supposed to see the pictures and details. please resolve this issue for me, and if there are any adjusting please let me know and i will inform my superior to do it on his own next time.

I understand that you are using a sub-user account and you were granted permission to view submissions by the main account of this form (https://www.jotform.com/42933488633363).
Can you please try logging out in JotForm. After that, close and re-open your browser. Please log back in to your account using this link: https://eu.jotform.com
