    Yes, cloning a form is possible. Here's our guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. 

    If you want to move the form and its data, we can do it for you. Just please let us know the URL of the forms as well as the target account.
