There are 40 submissions in our top folder and 20+ in the next. Is there any way to run a report filtering the tags: Name, residence and school?

If I understand correctly, you want to create a report and filter the report to only view the name, residence and school? I believe it is possible to filter which fields you want to show in the report. You simply need to check the fields that you want to see in the report.

    1. Click the Reports and Add New Report

    2. Check the fields you want to see in the report and click Next.

The report should now show only the Full Name, Home Address, and the Most recent school attended. Here's a demo HTML report of a cloned form: https://www.jotform.com/table/60909007203043. As seen in the demo, the fields only show the name, address and the school.
