I have 2 forms I currently use. And since 1-2 weeks I noticed that not all submissions arrive to my inbox. I have to manually check in jotform so I dont miss any of them.
Can you take a look at this issue?

I checked our mail logs for the email address you provided for notification and I was unable to find any failed emails in the last 500 emails that were sent to your email address.
Could you provide information for what number of submissions did the notification fail?

I even tryed to use the Forward button from Jotform in order to send that mail. It still does not work.
For example my form called: 2 Tier GSA Campaign. I received a submission today from ip 126.96.36.199. I did not received notification for it and it does not arrive even if I click Forward button.

Since you are using PayPal, your form may have received some incomplete payments, in that case you would not receive the notification. To receive notifications for submissions with Pending payments you have to go to Preferences and set the Pending payment email notification from NO to Notifiers only or Notifiers and Autoresponders.
