Why did all my forms start showing "Form Not Found" every time I open them, even though the link is what I was just given?

I am not over limit, and everything was working before, but now every form shows "Form Not Found" every time, even in the preview.

    Thanks!

This is because your forms were disabled due to phishing, you are asking your users to enter a "passcode".

This is something not allowed to ask in JotForm, I have removed those fields from your forms in order to enable your account and forms again, but do note that if you are still asking for sensitive information in your forms, your account will be suspended permanently, please take a look to our terms: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

How is it phishing if I have created rules which allow submission only if the pass-code matches predefined values??  There is no way to submit the form unless it is something I already know.  Besides, that field isn't even on the notification message I receive.

OK, if you are using that field only to show other fields in your form I think that this is not phishing, I think that this happened because our anti-phishing system thought it was phishing because of "passcode" and it thought that you were asking for sensitive information.

I would suggest you to try using other words something that does not sound like login credentials or sensitive information, so you are still able to have the same functionality in your form and avoid your forms to be suspended due to phishing.

Ok, I'll experiment some.  I don't suppose some disclaimer about how this is a code you were given along with the link and it should not relate to any other password would help, since this is an automatic filter, huh?

That form is already in the whitelist so it should not pass in the phishing filter. However for your future forms, never use the password keyword or similar to avoid account suspension.

    Thanks!
