I can't reproduce this problem on my form. I suggest to please re-integrate your form to GetResponse and make a test submission in your form. See if that helps.
During your test, make sure that you have confirmed the subscription with GetResponse before checking your GetResponse dashboard. You should be able to see the data once you are confirmed.
