"Create PDF Form" not working for one of my forms

    I've tried creating a PDF Form of Admin Orphanage Visit Report for a couple days, but it always says "working" for hours. What am I doing wrong? My other forms are allowing me to turn them into PDF Forms.

    I fixed the issue! Had to get rid of widgets.
