    No longer receiving submissions from JotForm

    I am no longer receiving submissions from the form I created.  I also tried forwarding the email version of the submission from the JotForm website and did not receive that either.  Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.  Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and saw a test submission on the submissions page. However, what I noticed is that your email landed in our bounce list due to this error:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Denied [907c0e65.0.294465.00-2306.606581.s12p02m023.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)

    I have now removed the said email from our list. However I cannot guarantee that your email will be receiving right away the email alerts. So please let us know if your email has not received an alert after the next coming submission.

    Further, you can try asking your IT and have the following IPs and domains whitelisted from this guide.
