Why my form is no longer displaying the fields?Asked by RayK on April 06, 2016 at 06:32 PM
our form here (https://form.jotform.com/50553863263962) is no longer displaying on the front end. If i add new fields or elements, they can be seen but existing form elements cannot.
i've also cloned the form, but the clone cannot be displayed either.
it seems that in the HTML, each of the items (<li>) has the the style "display: none" added to them.
Initially when checked your form I could not notice any CSS code that could be causing this, I checked the settings and nothing was there.
I finally checked the conditions and disabled all of them and then I found that this is why your form is not showing the fields.
Form is showing fields after disabling that:
Please, check your conditions, seems like there are some conflicts that are not allowing your form to show all the fields, here is my cloned form with the conditions disabled: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60967910659974.
yar! thank you! too many cooks in the kitchen i think
No problem. Please check the conditions on the form and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
