Can't see the "Add Facebook Tab" button when embedding the form on Facebook

i tried to follow the directions to make a facebook tab, but there is no embed button.  when i go to apps and choose get facebook app, it just sends me to how to set it up which brings me back to the issue of no embed button.

any suggestions?  i am working on a mac, in chrome.

Hi Stac,

I followed the same steps on Mac OS/Chrome and didn't replicate the same issue with you. However, if you embeded a form before this, It shows the following message:

To overcome this situation, you need to remove the previous form on Facebook Apps or you can use the panel on the Apps settings on Facebook again. This allows you to change the current one with one of the form from your account.

I took the necessary part from the guide, please check it from the below:

Now, if you want to change the form, you do not need to remove the tab and add it again into the Embed Form wizard. You can manage it right into the tab/app page. If you are logged in to your account, you should be able to see the Settings icon into the top-left side - just simply click on it and select a form from the list:
