How to display the form centered?

This is possible to achieve by adding the next CSS code to your form: 

.form-all{

        margin-left: auto;

        margin-right: auto;

    }

It should be the same for all your forms, it will display it centered, the reason why it is being displaying aligned to the left side of the screen is because it has a CSS code that is doing that, so adding this code you will fix this.
