If I put the code {DATE:Full-US} in my email submission form, what time zone does it default to? The sender's timezone, or mine?

Hi there,
The email time zone defaults to the server's clock and they are generally in the US, so they are all coming with this Timezone. However, when it is received to the recipient's mailbox, the email provider converts its Timezone with respect to the recipient's location.
From the below, you can see the email with its original timestamp:
Then, same email on the mailbox (Turkey):
