I messed up my editing on my form in the Form Designer

    i just noticed that all the form fields are messed up but im not sure how or why....it doesn't matter as long as u can help me!

     

    I need to get all the form fields to line up uniform how do i get all the ones on the RH to line up with one another? they should all be on the margin/indent the LAST NAME is.


    the fontsize and font for each form titles under each of tehe boxes should be 11pt and all text on page should be opensans.

    the color is messed up too - its supposed to be dark grey.

     

    ANOTHER THING got screwed up - the spacing - all spacing width should be similar/like the spacing in the biling section.
