The 'Test Email' button will always use an email address associated with your JotForm account.
However, the form submissions are being emailed to the recipient(s) specified on your form email notifications. It means, that you can submit a test form entry and it will be emailed to the correct recipient.
Your form email notification is already configured to use the firstname.lastname@example.org recipient email address.
