On submission nothing happens, but if refreshed Incomplete values error is shown

Some problem came out and I not really understand what the problem is. An hour ago, everything was fine.

After sending the survey nothing happens, reply doesn't come. After reloading the page this appears.(picture attached)

This is actually OK to see Ben when the submit page is refreshed - this happens because after refresh the browser does not need to send the POST data (it would need to be specified) and since there is no data it shows that there are some incomplete values.

However the forms should have no issues when submitted, as such I took a look at your form and tried to submit the same.

As soon as I hit submit it went through and I was shown the thank you page.

Could you please test again and see if there are any issues at this time on your side?

PS: Since I am in EU as well, this means that we should be connecting over same networks and to same servers so it is likely that everything is working properly at this time.
