Pay with check option still redirects to PayPal

the form below is sending people to paypal even if they choose to pay later. can you please adjust. I am losing customers because of this issue

This is happening since the PayPal value is not being cleared on your form. Please switch the 'Clear Hidden Field Values' parameter to default 'Clear on Submit' via form Preferences in order to fix the issue.
