Forms not saving

Hi...

Every time I create a form & save it, I go into the form the next day & the name of the form is there but the contents have been wiped. 

Please tell me what I am doing wrong? 

I create a form, click save, click preview, make changes, click save & then the next day it's wiped

This has happened every time I create a form

I checked the revision history for your form and did not see any changes that were made.  If something was removed from the form, whether it be from an error on our end or yours, the revision history should show what was removed and when.  Forms should be saving properly.

If your current form reverts back to an empty form once again, let us know and we will be happy to see what caused it.
