    Hi,

    The issue you shared is related to the Facebook. You must have logged in to your Facebook account before starting the embed wizard on JotForm. With that way, it is going to ask the permission it needs during the configuration.

    Please, retry to add your form to Facebook page after logging to your Facebook account, then let us know the results.

    You are most welcome. If you are asking the same thing for Google+, there is no way to add your form like it's an app; but you can post your form on Google+. Firstly, you need to get the URL of your form, then you can post your form by following the steps from the below:
