How can I attach values to answers people tick in a matrix and then offer a numerical result

I would like people to take tests on my website. The idea is that they indicate in a matrix how they agree/disagree with statements. Another idea I tried is having them choose answers from a drop down. In both cases, I would like a numerical result +Feedback to be displayed or sent to the one taking the test based on values I have attached to each answer. Is that possible with jot form?
