Regarding Authorize.net

I have set up an account with Authorize.net and it seems to be working fine... However, before setting up the account with Authorize.net, I had spoken with a few different individuals on their team about a specific concern.  That is, our company would like to be able to charge the clients $0.00 through the JotForm form, and later on, after the appropriate amount to be charge has been calculated, we would login to the Authorize.net portal and put the real transaction amount through (using the recently submitted credit card data submitted online, which is stored securely in a user profile).

It seems that a charge in the amount of $0.00 can be successfully submitted through the form, however this charge does not appear on the Authorize.net side of things.  A charge of $0.01 appears just fine on the Authorize.net page, but this is not the amount we want to process.

Authorize.net suggested that I contact you and find out if a transaction can be sent to them as an "Authorize only" transaction, not "Authorize and Capture" transaction.  They suggested that you can update this setting for me.

The forms that will be using the app are: https://form.jotform.com/51335208221241   and https://form.jotform.com/60475809188972.

Perhaps we can even do a pre-authorization to a card....

    Please help!

    Thanks in advance.

You can enable the "Authorize only" feature, simply select your payment field, click on it's gear icon, then on properties, find the option, and enable it:

Amazing!  Thanks very much.  Exactly what I was looking for!

Also relating to Authorize.net, I have been informed that Authorize.net is moving over to a cloud server and therefore some settings will be changing. This may affect the JotForm app in the backend.  Please see this link (provided to me by customer service rep at Authorize.net) and ensure everything on your end is up to date and prepared for the change.

Please confirm if there's anything I need to do on my end.

    Thank you!

Also... Is it possible to add the Authorize.net security seal image (with or without link) to my form?  I have the code from the Authorize.net site.

You are welcome! On regards of the Authorize.net moving over to a cloud server, there is nothing you need to do. All it's done in our back end by our developers, so your integration wont' break.

Your new question will be addressed on the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/821411?
