how do I not charge tax?

    In my Paypal payments form wizard I set the tax Base Rate to 0 & added all my options to exemptions but the final charge adds NC tax how do I not charge tax?

    Basically it seems that you're having an issue with an added tax value that is appearing on your paypal payments.

    This shouldn't be appearing on your form unless added to your form ahead of time as a way to show your customers it is being charged in advance for them to consent in paying.

    Have you tried checking your paypal account tax and shipping settings?
