    Why I get error - Form not found. This form is disabled?

    https://form.jotformeu.com/61113223113334 adresli formumu görüntülemek istiyorum. Ama yapamıyorum.

    Ekte gönderdiğim hata ekranı ile karşılaşıyorum. Hata metninde "Form not found. This form is disabled" yazıyor.

    Formumu tekrar görüntülemek için bana yardımcı olur musunuz?

    İyi günler dilerim. Teşekkür ederim.

    I checked your account, it was auto suspended because of our anti-phishing system. I reviewed your form and confirmed that it is not used for phishing activities so I whitelisted it and reactivated your account.

    I have checked the current status of your account and I can confirm that this is active now, so all your forms should be loading fine, indeed I checked the form you shared here and I can see it is loading fine: 

    If you have embedded your forms in a website perhaps you will need to re-embed them, please try again and let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

    I did your advices but the form is again disabled. And i didn't change anything since when it is active.

    Can you check that again please?

    We apologize for this inconvenient, seems like your form is clear and you are not asking for information that is not allowed in JotForm. 

    I have white-listed your form and it was cataloged as phishing since it is not in English; however, I have indicated that this is not a phishing form and you do not need to do anything else, the form should be loading fine now.
