Link showing wrong name on Facebook post

Hello, I created this link to the "Skip1 - Waffle Wednesday Items Needed" yet when I paste link in Facebook it shows "Wedding Gift Registry"....which is the widget I used. How do I get this link name changed? Thank you

I was able to replicate mentioned issue, when I cloned your form and added my cloned form to Facebook. I was able to resolve this issue by changing the page Title of the form. To change the title of the form inside of your form Builder click on Preferences option, then select advanced tab and click on Show More option.

 

Then scroll down and change Page Title and click on save button.

I just followed your steps, appreciate it, however when I saved changes and
went back to the form and copy the link into a Facebook post it still shows
Wedding Registry. Do I need to copy form first in order for it to work or
can I keep the form I already created and sent out to others and have the
change work THank you.

I have cloned your form again and I saw that you have changed Page Title. I have then changed Title/Name of my cloned form from "Clone of Skip1 - Waffle Wednesday Items Needed" to "Skip1 - Waffle Wednesday Items Needed".

How to change the Title/Name of your Form

Then I have added link to my Facebook and correct name of the form is shown.

 

Please try the same. Clone your form, change the Title/Name of your cloned form and add link to your Facebook post.
