We are unable to open Publish wizard on any of our forms

I have about a half a dozen forms embedded in my web sites and just created a new form.      Now I can not get to the integration screen and when I select the publish icon,  as I'm editing the form, the button appears to work but I am not presented with a new screen.     This happens with all my forms now.      I'm not a power user of Job form and only occasionally use it.    I currently still use the free level and when I review my account settings am well within the limits of the free account.      What am I missing?
