    Hi,

A number of our customers are getting an error message that the form they submitted is "over its allocated quota." What's an allocated quota? How does it work? How can I fix this problem for my customers?

    Thanks for your help!

Form over quota means that form is disabled, because you have reached monthly limit of form submission or form views for your account. Form you provided is created on account piranhablonde and you are sub account user of that account.

piranhablonde account was free account and free account types can receive up to 100 monthly submission. Because that account received more than 100 submission for this month forms were disabled and Form Over Quota message was shown.

However I saw that account piranhablonde is now upgraded to Bronze account and that form you provided is working again.
