Yearly Membership Canceled?

    Last August 2015 I purchased a yearly membership for $90. I had issues with the payments but finally emailed in and got it all straightened out. Anyway, I paid for a year using my Paypal account in August of 2015 and have noticed that when I log into jotform, it is saying that I have the "FREE" membership. Shouldn't I have the yearly subscription through August of 2016? Please advise as I use your forms for my business and they are all currently disabled because it seems my subscription has been bumped down and I am over the upload limit.

    Hello Mackenzie,

    Your account got downgraded to free because of a certain monthly subscription that was canceled which was associated with your account. I have now fixed your account's status and set you back to Premium.
