I am still having the problem where i have read all the submissions, but the "My Forms" section still tells me there is 1 unread.
All envelopes in the submissions section are open and there are only 4 submissions for this particular form.
what is going wrong?

I checked your account and I see that there are no unread submissions there.
Did you manage to resolve the issue in the meantime?
Please let me know if the issue persists.

yes, i selected it and clicked "mark all as read"
still not sure where it came from though.
i will be back in touch if it happens again.

You are right that when you click the "Mark all as read" there shouldn't be unread messages. If it happens again, let us know so that we can investigate about it. Thank you.
