Full name and last name are blank on email alerts

    When someone submits and entry the first and last name is blank

    The issue is related to outdated field {tag} on the form email notification template. In order to fix this, it is possible to add a correct tag to the email template.

    Alternatively, it is possible to re-add the email notification in order to get a fresh template. To do this, you will need to remove current email notifications, and then add a new one.
