Can I insert a clickable URL in the question line?

    I want to have a clickable link in the question vs. just showing our customers only a link for question 8.   I attached a screenshot.  Also, I dropped an HTML text line below the question.  However, it looks way to odd and out of place.

    You help and advice is appreciated.

    This is possible, but you will need to add the HTML link code via field Properties. Please take a look at the following screenshots.
