I need help with Form Conditions - Calculate field's Value

I'm so close to what I need.

Please look at my coded form.  It's doing everything but calculating the discounted ticket price (25% off) for the correct word.  (I removed password and just called it word -- is that going to work?)

I sure hope you can help me - the answer always comes back as the .75 (which is the multiplier).
