Apparently I had put encryption on this form, how do I find the data? It keeps referring to some type of key that I need.

You need to have the encryption key to decrypt the data. On your Windows computer, it is most likely in the downloads folder, so all that you need to do to access it, is to type this into address bar:
%HOMEPATH%\Downloads
Or click on Downloads on the left part of your Explorer:
If you don't find it, unfortunately there is nothing we ca do, the data will remain encrypted, so I would recommend you to disable that feature.
