Payment Wizard Error

    I have a client who is showing a payment as clear, but its still incomplete on my part. I believe this is due to an old email address that was recently deleted from paypal, could you let me know if there is a way to claim this money?

    I've checked your submissions on your form. I see that there is an incomplete payment. Incomplete payments are submissions where a user does not complete the payment. A user can fill in the form and when it comes time to pay, simply exit the browser. In this case, the submission is sent to the incomplete payments area in your submission's  page.

    Please, make sure your IPN setting is enabled from within your PayPal account, to ensure that PayPal notifies us when a payment is processed and we can mark the submission as complete:
