Hi,
I am using the appointment scheduler and have to move a persons time slot to another time, although I did not want to delete the existing entry as it has a payment attached to it.
I have tried to go in and edit the existing entry via the view submissions area although all the appointment slot boxes are shaded/non select-able and therefore can not do what I needed to do. Is there another way to do this at all?Regards

Hello Steve,
I just went to your submissions and I was able to select a different appointment.
Could you please try again and let me know if the issue persists?

Thank you it seems to allow me to do it now. I had previously tried several times and it wasnt working but is all good now. Not sure if you guys did something in the back end or it was just a glitch at that time, but thank you and for your quick response. :)
