I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean with your question. Can you please provide more information of your concern?
If what you mean is you have set you form's Encrypt Form Data to yes and that you have a key, you can use the encryption key in viewing the encrypted submissions you received from your form. Without this key, you will not be able to view your submissions.
