    Hello, We need the company's registration data we included in our files.
    In Brazil, it would be the equivalent of the CNPJ.

    I am not really sure if I understood your concern correctly. If you want to view the submissions made on the form embedded on your website here: http://www.biquadbroadcast.com/en/budget-request, then you should be able to view them in your submissions page. Here's a guide to how to view them: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

    If I misunderstood your concern, please do provide us more details about it.

    No! We are not having any difficulty or problem in using the service.


    We need to register JotForm in our system. We need the registration information of JotForm, as a supplier of this form service. Understood?

    I don't know exactly what you want to achieve but I think you might find some helpful information from this page - http://www.interlogy.com/products/. 

    If what you need is to integrate JotForm into your system or something similar, we might need to refer to upper level if this is a possibility. 

    Do give us some details if that helps or not.

    Hi, I need your company´s full information, such as: company´s full name, full address, telephone number, contact name and e-mail, etc. If you also have a company registration number it would be great as well. This information is only for us to register your company into our internal system for payment information.

    Not really sure if I understood your concern correctly, will you be using the information for payment of your subscription plans? Or just for reference only? 

    I see you are already subscribed to Bronze Yearly plan paid via your credit/debit card, it was processed in Stripe, a 3rd party payment processor for our subscriptions.

    The W-9 form might help you to get more information about our company. Here's the link: http://www.jotform.com/about/jotform-w9.pdf. It should show you the company name, address and the tax identification number used. However, we do not have a phone support, you can contact us via email at support@jotform.com.
