Lake Kiowa Property Owners Association has their own Boat Safety Test that all members of this community must take.
We are currently using Google Forms that has Flubaroo add-on feature. Google Forms allows us to create the test and upon viewing results, google forms exports results page to excel forms.
Flubaroo add-on is a grading feature that links to the Excel imported page and grades the answers selected by a user. To create the grading feature, an Answer key is created and saved within the Excel form.
Does JOTFORM have something like this?
Thank you,

Though it would not work in the same manner, it is indeed possible to set up a test form that will produce a score at the end. You would set up your test questions, then, there are a couple directions to go after that.
The first would be to assign calculation values to each answer:
http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Then total all the fields up in a calculation field:
http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
Or you can give the quiz app a try:
http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form
This App will automatically convert your form into a quiz.
Results can be exported to an excel document or viewed directly from your JotForm account.
