Yes, once your customer submits the form and go to Paypal payment page and completed the payment, you'll receive the payment straight to your PayPal account. You should receive an email from Paypal about it as well as an email from your form, assuming that you have configured a notifier there.
But please note that once your customers will fail to process the payment, their submission will be added to your incomplete payment list. For more details about the incomplete payment, please review this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.
