    HI,

I need your help. Im receiving duplicated notifications from the "notificación ejecutivo" notification. I have checked the set up and i have one email per notification.

When i run the test, the first notification runs correctly, but then when i click on edit submission i get the same notification and the "no cliente notification".

So basicaly im receiving each time a submission is made the "notification ejecutivo". Can that be solved?

    Best,

    Felipe

I checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61176973073966 and noticed that you are using conditions to send each email notification, based on your conditions only one email should be sent when the form is being either filled  or edited, here is an image about the conditions that you currently have in your form:

If this is the form where you are receiving the emails  each time the form is submitted then you may consider switching from using email notifications to auto-responders, they will allow to either send or not the email when the submission is edited, here is an image of an auto-responder where you are able to send or not the email when the submission is edited:

Here is a guide that will help you to set up an auto-responder in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

So you may use auto-responder instead of email notifications, use the same conditions and allow to send the email or not when the submission is edited.

    Hope this will help you.
