My form duplicate the numbers

I have a form and is important for my submission numbers, but the form is doubling these numbers, I need to fix this

I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you are receiving duplicate submissions for your JotForm titled "Ciolab"? As I check your submissions, I see that the submissions are submitted at different timings and one submission with different information.
