Dear Jotform support,
I'm writing regarding some issues we faced on jotform automated email.
We wanted to create a form where there will be automated email for the recipient and also to admin.
However, we never received the admin automated email with our business domain, but each time we change to generic email such as gmail the automated email works perfectly.
Would you mind to help us?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Are you still encountering the same issue? We had some minor issues earlier and I believe it was already fixed by our developers. What happened was the emails that didn't come through were queued causing it to be delayed. Emails should start arriving very soon.
You can also try Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses and see if that helps.
