Custom names on PDF files

I , in the same way a lot of other customers since 2013, require immediate attention to our request

we need a way to rename pdf files, (attachments sent buy others) so we can receive it in the form we prefer (order_name_etc.pdf)  and your random numbers if you want

is impossible to find a file fast by the name

Need this feature ASAP, i hope you can help.

I understand your need for this feature, however, creating multiple threads for the same request will not increase the chance of it being added.  If there is any progress on the request, we will update your other thread that has the request ticket.
